Valentine's Day was more like Valentine's Week at our house! With the actual day falling on the Sunday of a four day weekend.....the kids got LOTS of candy spread out of several days! Their school party's were on Thursday and they each made their own homemade valentines for their classmates, fun but VERY time consuming for mom! We used mom's cricut and stamps...such fun!
The girls helped make Brett picture frames and I bought him Beatles Rock Band - which he's been wanting =)! I also wrote him a note about everything I appreciate about him......HE'S SUCH AND AMAZING FATHER AND HUSBAND! Brett brought all of his girls roses.....which is a stretch for him but he knows I love them =)!! That evening Brett and I had a nice date, with dinner, a new pair of PJ's for me and some peace and quite! YEAH!
The girls exchanged gifts too....they each bought eachother a ZhuZhu Pet! They LOVE them and Norah already ran the batteries out of hers! So nice to have them playing with something other than barbies!
